Terrible staff. They rarely get your order right. I?m very clear with my order: one stepped tea with 2 milk and 1 sugar, a... second stepped tea with ONLY 2 milk and no sugar (medical reasons). Almost every time we get our order, both have cream ininstead of milk and both have at least 3 sugar. It has gotten so bad that I have to taste test them at the window and get themto remake them at least every other visit. I make sure to speak clearly, slowly and still have to repeat my order because theyeither do not have a good enough grasp of the English language or are talking to co-workers during the ordering process. Theyconstantly leave their head-sets on, so you can hear them goofing off and chatting to each other. Based on the inability to takebasic orders, perhaps these employees shouldn?t be working in this industry. Read more

Also, within 10 minutes you can... enjoy the view how the staff eat with a cheerful laughter and complete disregard for the customers. the counters withoutdonuts will delight you with their emptiness. To be honest I?ve never had a worse experience. I was with an individual I support and they wanted a mango smoothie. Now I?ve... never gotten a smoothie from Tim?s before so I didn?t know this wasn?t on there menu. Anyway, so I order it and the girl takingour order immediately said ?we do not have mango smoothies here I have no idea where you?re getting that?. It was more the toneshe used it was extremely aggressive. So I replied okay my apologies what kinds do you have? And she said ?strawberry. But it?sgoing to be obsolete soon?. Like ok? All you had to say was sorry we don?t have mango smoothies but we have a strawberry, do youwant to try that. Idk maybe it wasn?t a huge deal but I found it incredibly rude. Read more
Would not recommend. We ordered two chicken wrap meals at the drive thru. They took a while to come, which would have been... totally fine had both our wedge fry containers not been half full. If put together into one container, they barely made a fullcontainer. Given its $20 for the two meals I'd rather not be ripped off. We took a picture of the container to show how empty itwas. Well, well, well ... more than 1/2 dozen employees and soooo many issues to put a simple order of two coffees and 5 pieces of... donuts together. The good thing: the cinnamon bun exceeded our expectations. Must be really good when fresh from the oven andstill warm. Read more
Food is pretty standard, same Tim Hortons doughnuts and drinks. The only thing different is how busy it is. With out fail, every... time ive gone in ive waited teninutes in line to order and then longer to recieve my order. Read more
