Worst place ever. Not sure if the management is on top of the employees. The girl with blue hair is the worst barista I ever... encountered. Lack of hygiene preparing the coffee and bad attitude. Very rude short man works there. He claims to be the owner, but his behaviour is very unprofessional. The cashier charged me... twice for my beverage. First they redeemed all my saved points but told me I didn?t have any in my account, then charged memoney again on top of that. So I paid twice for 1 beverage. When I tried to get my points back, the short man who claims to bethe owner offered to give me a free drink instead, but I told him I didn?t want another drink, I just wanted what was taken fromme: my saved points back. He said he can?t do that, yelled at me in front of all the customers, said it?s my fault and told menot to come back. I don?t know if I should stop using the waves app if it?s creating such problems. I?ve never had anythinglike that happen when using the Starbucks app. One thing I know for sure is that I will not go back to this location again,even though I was a regular there and all the other ladies that work there are very sweet. I recommend that you too avoid thisman at this location. He has an unstable temper and may burst out in rage out of nowhere. Read more

Great coffee shop! A group of 6 of us go there regularly after our Sunday morning run. Owner is very friendly and always... welcoming. He knows our orders and always goes the extra mile for us. I will admit that I go to this Waves location quite often and the baristas know me because I'm always there. However, there is a... reason. The coffee is good yes and they have many different options for people. Almond milk, coconut milk, soy etc. The lattesare seriously delicious too, but I just love the atmosphere. They don't kick you out when its closed, they just smile and hint.They always bring my coffee to my table, the workers are sweet enough to remember my order after the third time being there. Itsjust a great place. Its not always so crowded, its open late till 10 most days and there is always parking space in the plaza.Two thumbs up. Read more
