Very slow to take orders. I was the only customer, and it still took 5 mins before my presence was acknowledged, and then even... more time before someone came to take my order. For the most part, every time I go here the sandwich is overdone and the staff, in the driver thru, has some sort of hostile... attitude. Either I'm too slow to take my order when they hand it to me or I get eye rolls like I'm an inconvenience, even thoughthis is literally their job. I try to put my feet in their shoes and maybe they're having a bad day and my kids love Wendy's.For the most part so do I, but I'm beginning to realize my overall experience here sucks. Nice combination of Wendy's and Tim's. Friendly staff and fast food, clean and good price. Kids love it.
I don't understand the concept of drive through in Vancouver Canada. The drive through line is right in the middle of people... driving in the store or walking in the store. I shouldn't say only about this store, but all of them. Even though the place hasdecent burgers and okay fries, the fact that it shares space with Timmy makes it a bit mellowed down. Read more
Been here three times they forgot item two out of the three times. Today I ordered a baked potatoes on the side, they forgot... about it, so I asked for it. the manager ( I guess she is the manager since she has a different uniform) gave me attitude sayingnow she has to void the whole order since I cannot add item after I ordered. The other lady corrected her saying there is a sideorder of baked potato. She gave me my potato without apologize, so never come back to this location again. Read more
Love Wendy's. This location is good. You can use the app to order ahead now. You can also dine-in and they have the cool syrup... selection machine like the movies theatres used to have. Orange Coke Zero for example. The parking lot situation is confusing atfirst but it's as best as they could optimize it. Recently renovated interior. Read more
I have not been to Wendy?s for a long time. It was late and we were hungry so we ordered nachos, junior bacon cheese burgers,... nuggets (so cheap), and fries. I love simple small burgers but the bun was so dry and patty has no flavour. Everything else wasok. I remember food being not bad but I don?t think I would visit Wendys again. Fast to get your food to you when it's not super busy (obviously) but at peak hours especially Friday after work around dinner... time, it can get crazy busy with long line-ups inside & in the drive-thru. They've never got my order wrong and it's alwaysfresh. They don't have any reward programs or much offers like McDonald's unless it comes in the mail or you download the appon your phone & the app has very limit offers. The app doesn't work half the time, but when it does malfunction, they do honorwhatever discount it was, most of the time. Read more
