At 11am at Chesapeake House rest stop on I-95, case was full of food, but staff says "not open yet." I ask, "What time do you... open?," and I'm told it will be 25-30 minutes or so. No set time to open the business? Does the food normally sit there for ahalf hour? No posted hours on the website either? Now I have a disappointed kid for another two hours for the rest of ourdrive. Who is the franchisee? Who is under the impression that this place is open for business. Pretty monitors displaying the menu... are on but employees are no where to be found. Big disappointment. Read more
