Would leave less stars if i could. Ordered Americano with steamed half and half. Lady at the counter said nothing charged me... 5$. Got something else, asked the barista she goes we don't have half and half. Seriously? And you couldn't say that when iordered so ill just not buy? Then they were rude about it. Very dirty working conditions. Sausage and egg sandwich was on a stale bagel and missing the egg. Heated up to the point most of... the cheese melted out the edge. Coffee was good, but the mixing container for the cold brew fog looked like it was nevercleaned. Read more
I needed coffee, and I stopped there to use my Peet's prepaid card. But I couldn't use my Peet's prepaid card there. Because... they said they don't accept Peet's prepaid cards. Woke up this morning and before heading out on the road I wanted to try the Peet?s coffee shop. A friend recommended the brand... long ago and I rarely see them. First time here and I had the absolute best experience. The elderly lady who works here wassuper nice and gave me and my fiancé the best customer service experience we had in a while. The iced latte I ordered wasdelicious. The ones who claim the lady here is rude are more than likely the customers who come to places like this and thinkthey are entitled to quality service. While giving good customer service from places like these are the goal, but when you walkup to a worker who?s working, at 6-7am in the morning, BY HERSELF, and you have the audacity to give her attitude expect her toreturn the favor. She stated that me and my fiancé were nice to her. So your gonna get back what you dish out. Don?t be rude.If your gonna have that much of an issue go to the store or somewhere else. Also Their menu is limited and the menu they have upthey can?t change. For example their honey lavender latte isn?t available. I hope to see this lady again who was working 7/30/21around 6-8am who made my latte because I know I?ll get good service from her. Read more
I highly recommend this place soley on the customer service we received that day. We'd been on the road for a few days and... needed a caffeine boost for the last leg of our trip. The barista was chipper from the beginning. We, being new to theirestablishment, asked her some questions and got her opinion on some drinks. She was versed in the product, and offered thebenefits of each drink. Unable to decide, we chose to get her favorite of the options we thought about. Maaaaaannn, when I sayI'm not a coffee drinker.... these were DELICIOUS!!! I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha. I forgot what my mom ordered,maybe a cappuccino. I walked in, ordered a holiday spice cold brew coffee latte and wa given a normal coffee, was all good cause it was coffee. but... we waited for another 10 minutes for my mothers coffee who she ordered before me, 10 other people got their orders before shedid. Then I looked down at my phone and there was marker on it, then I looked at my hands and they were green. My mom VERYpolitely asked what kind of marker they used on their cups and the lady responded ?Well I don?t know, it?s not permanent.? Verysnarky, UN CALLED FOR!! Then she followed up with ?you can always just go wash your hands.?? which- isn?t the point. I should Ihave marker on my hands after holding a cup of coffee. My mom responded in ?that?s not the point, my daughter shouldn?t havegreen hands.? This lady proceeds to say ?just take your coffee and go b.I.t.c.h.? this escalated very quickly. As we take ourcoffee she proceeds to say ?that?s what your husband divorced you!? Yet again?very uncalled for.. all we asked was what kind ofmarker you used on your coffee cups for it to transfer onto my hands.
