I try not to write negative reviews but I feel this is necessary. Drove over an hour to go to pita pit which i normally love.... And almost asked for a refund. The staff were horribly rude the first male left to talk on his cellphone the other guy gotfrustrated with me when putting toppings on. On top of everything they gave us two small pitas when we both asked for larges andgot charged for larges . I am so dissapointed and will remember this experience when choosing another restaurant next time. Iwish i didnt even have to give them a single star. Read more
Disappointed...usually great meal. This location...not so much. Pita was stale and dry, chicken was wrong and overall Very dry.
Food is decent for a healthier option, which is pretty limited in our area. However, it was just ok at that. To top it off it... was very expensive for the portion size. Read more
I visit this Pita Pit location quite frequently, the staff are really nice and greet me when I come in and the store is always... very clean. The food is very fresh and they offer lots of toppings, sauces and spices to customize your pita to your liking. Ienjoy getting both pitas and smoothies, however I do find it quite pricier than other local take out restaurants. Sometimes I goin to order while other times I order online, never had an issue either way! Read more
I was a regular at this Pita Pit until last week's interaction with either the manager or owner (he didn't identify himself). He... had an issue with the orders that I placed online. My orders varied in terms of pita types and number. The staff were friendlyand quickly recognized me when I walked in to pick up my orders. After I had picked up my most recent (and last) order and waschecking the bag as I was walking out (as it has happened that items have been forgotten), the manager/owner came out from theback shouting "excuse me, excuse me ma'am." I thought this was because they had forgot to include the bag of chips, however thiswas not that case. Instead, he told me I was no longer allowed to order kids meals, despite not not knowing who I was orderingthe food for. This is especially frustrating because I often also ordered a regular pita for myself when placing anorder. Sadly, this is one of few options for a healthy children's meal. I would rather buy this than a happy meal, but doubtMcDonald's would ever to tell me that I couldn't order the latter. Place is vegetarian friendly and the food was really good. The customer service was terrible.
Very clean and friendly staff. Great customer service. Better than most pita pits I have been too.
Usually good but got rotten lettuce in my wrap today, gross
