Okay, Why do we always have to have an attitude when your employees make mistakes. I ordered 4 meals and I only received 2 meals... and 2 burgers. Than the lady at the second windows was a little nice but nasty all at the same time. Read more
Certain crews are very rude. They'll make u wait in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes or longer before they answer to take your... order or either they only answers 1 drive thru speaker and just let the customers in the outer lane drive thru sit there andwait to place their order subject not to answer at all. If u order pickup u better be prepared to wait 20 minutes or longerbefore its brought to your vehicle. If u ask a question regarding the waiting or answering they reply with smart remarks or havea nasty attitude. Your best out is to go inside better service if they are allowing customers to come in on that day. They willjust throw your food together or fix your ice cream or coffee they way they feel not like they should. Read more
Well Let's just say everytime I travel through there I always had to pull up and wait in a spot for my food this time it was 20... minutes. I know they have to cook food but they had worker told me outside that the manager that was there today him to leavebecause he couldn't pick up a box of chicken nuggets. Read more

Short staffed at lunch time. Long line. Long wait. Dirty floor and tables. I frequently go there. The staff is trying; just... overwhelmed. Mgmt needs to hire more people during key times. Just adding "a runner" to take food out and keep the tables cleanwould make a huge difference. Read more
Management and the accoiates need training. They are extremely slow with drive through and front counter. They are not warm and... welcoming. The place is always dirty. I've witnessed managers and other employees walk past trash and not pick it up. I didn'ttake pictures because I didn't want confrontation. Read more
Ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe hamburger add bacon ...... can you tell me what's missing? Swear this is the absolute worse... place to eat. But you really have not other choices in the small town. SMH won't be wasting my money anymore. Read more
