Front staff customer service needs work. 15 min wait for 2 coffee with only 3 orders on the board. 15-30 minute wait for a... burger that takes 6 mins to cook. Finally get said burger and it's barely warm. Owners are never present. They should sell it tosomeone that cares about their staff. Read more
Honestly, this is the slowest "fast food" I've ever experienced. Order a 6pc chicken strip with two people in front of you? A 15... minute wait, easily. The customer service is atrocious, rude, and pushy. Food is mediocre at best. By far the worst A&W burgerI've had. Terrible fries. Everything tastes like it's been fried 3 times over. Terrible. You won't find a worse fast food joint on the planet. Your minimum waiting half hr inside or drive thru. Place is filthy. This... has been going on for a decade nothing's changed. Saying just go to subway is hard but be that's exactly where I'm at. Read more
Never been to a slower and worse A&W in my life. Takes forever and Burgers are cold. Staff can't handle any question. It's like... talking to a wall. They just csnt process it. Read more

Website mentions nothing about the take out hours being shorter. I walked over and they were locked, and wouldn?t serve me at... the window without a car. Came back with my car at 9:25 and they wouldn?t answer the drive through order window. Turns outat the window that they close at 9:30, NOT 10pm like they say on Google and had decided to take off early for the night andignore customers. F- service. Read more
A&W in port hardy has definitely seen better days. This location use to produce quality food and also great customer service. I... find that it is a hit or miss, for example I had a great beyond meat burger from here but also had my bacon n egged full ofeggshells?? Not one or two egg shells but egg shells in every bite. Also I don?t think the front end staff should be allowed tohave their hair down as they are still handling food. Read more
terrible coffee. 1 cream in a large coffee and it looks like it's only cream in there. super weak coffee, I want my money back.... every time I try the coffee here, it always disappoints. sausage and egger was alright. Read more
