Went from very excited to very disappointed in minutes. Ordered the brisket sandwich combo. The picture looked awesome with lots... of meat and crispy onions. BUZZ.... wrong. 9.99 for sandwich only and it came with 6 strips of meat less than 1/4 inch thick andno read zero crispy onions. Of course we got it to go so only found out as we entered Coburg 10 min down the road. Nowhere worththe 9.99 sandwich price and definitely not worth $14.99 for the combo. I always visit when I go out of town. The food here was amazing, as always. Double beef and cheddar with curly fries which was... crisp to perfection. My mom's first time and she loved it too. Why can't we have Arby's in and around Toronto? ???? Read more
I do enjoy Arby's from time to time and I am normally a five-star review for Arby's. I only went with four stars this time... because of the two people at the drive-thru. One of them was brand new I believe or just in way over their head did not seemvery confident or know much of what was going on. The other one was in no way rude at all but just very plain introverted didn'tseem to want to be there not what you'd expect for people that work with the public. It's the first one was brand new the secondone definitely did not seem to be very helpful in the training of that person. They were both fairly young and I know kids todayare much different than the way those of us that are around 50 were when we were young or I guess any age group probably over 40were when they were younger. I guess I just don't understand why you would take a job dealing with the public and you obviouslydon't want to deal with the public you don't expect them to be super friendly and bubbly but just a little bit of Personalitywould be nice. This has got to be the WORST visit to Arby's I've ever been.. we went through the drive thru. Spent over $30, had to go back... inside because they forgot the double beef and cheddar.. never got a "sorry about that or anything. The guy put it in the bagand tossed it on the counter. The curly fries were MAYBE half way full. The loaded curly fries literally had 3 pieces of baconon top of POSSIBLY 12 curly fries. And we got no straws.
