Quite sure I got food poisoning last night at 10pm there. 9/9/22. Was sick 5 hours later and VERY dizzy for the last 20 hours.... Location does not pick up phone so I can ask if others were ill. Hope feeling goes away soon....thanks BK Read more

The worst travel plaza I have ever been in. Service at the Buger King was abysmal. Forced to order at kiosks- more than half out... of service. The food was awful. Pretty sure the bun for my sandwich was smashed between heavy objects. Was thankful it didn'tbear the imprint of shoe treads though that would not have surprised me. The kids working were more interested in socializingwith one another in the kitchen than they were with doing their jobs. All our sandwiches were drenched in mayo. The meat waspoor. Onion rings bland and not crispy. Fries unremarkable. My water was excellent! Had to return for napkins as we were givennone. I had to shout to get the attention of one of the workers as he was too busy doing f-all. The place was a wreck. Evenbehind the counter was wrecked. Ripped open package of napkins next to the sandwich warmer spilling all over. Not that he'd giveany to the customers with their food. Drinks area soaked, ice all over, spills everywhere. Tables piled with debris from meals.Bathrooms were horrible and all half closed. Water everywhere on the counters while the sinks barely worked and I still have noidea how the dryers came on. These onroutes deserve to go out of business. They are horrible. Skip them if you can! Read more

This place is a disaster in every way - slow, unhygienic and they get the orders wrong. We were among dozens of other customers... that waited around 40 minutes to receive orders that were incorrect, missing items and cold. As it was meant to be a quick stop,we ended up just leaving, hungry and frustrated. Read more

The food was good. It's the first time I tried the impossible Whopper, which was very good. And thankfully they at least take... cash at the counter (unlike the adjacent Popeyes) More to the point of ONroute: If you want to pay by debit or credit, you areforced to use the stand-alone order kiosks. You have functional payment terminals (with included pin pads) at the counters,which are going unused because they will only accept cash. These kiosks are terrible and glitchy. If you try to order certainmenu items, it will break the payment page. I tried at three different kiosks, and they all showed $0.00 on the payment page,not allowing me to pay for my order. If you come to this location, be prepared to pull out cash at the ATM (and pay theassociated fees) Not to mention, in a post-pandemic world, forcing people to use a touch-screen is ill advised.. ONroute made aterrible investment with these kiosks. Read more

Today, I stop for the pleasure of treating myself to a meal. To my surprise, all orders go through the Order Express service. ... Without paper to memorize your order number, it's pathetic. There were two customers who had their order on standby. Betterreheat your meal. Some liquors and ice was not available! 8pm on Sunday, almost all teenage staff who didn?t quite know what they were doing. Meals were literally thrown together,... whopper thrown together and thrown into bag. Out of ice and most drink options. Food tasted normal which I enjoy. Friend saysbuffalo sauce is weirdly sweeter then usual and tasted like ketchup (maybe expired). (Popeyes not open at this time so onlymainly food option at ONroute). Read more

So sad that everything has become to kiosk I politely asked the employee if there was an option to add a condiment. Such as... mustard or ketchup. His responses no it's not possible if the machine doesn't have an option for it it can't be done. The kioskis out of paper well not dispense receipts. Receipt was also not given when I got my food. Poor customer service all becauseBurger King doesn't value customer service not even allowed to speak to the customer. Asked if he was manager on duty he saidyes well sort of in the back maybe couldn't give a straight answer it was wonderful and really such a great experience. Read more
