Finally a fast food joint that does it right to a T. Friendly staff! Very clean facilities! Good for you guys keep it up!!!

Had a great experience! Very clean, and the staff was really nice to me and my young kids.

My husband and I decided to eat here while our car was charging. We ordered half chicken dinner, usually it comes with gravy or... some sauce for the chicken and butter for the bread but neither gravy/sauce or butter was in our box. The chicken was hard toswallow without any gravy and the bread tasted so dry without the butter. :( Had we known what we were getting we would neverhave bought the food here. If the people working here weren't nice and friendly I would've given this location a lower rating. Read more

Haven?t been for awhile so I ordered through the app using a coupon code. The app is one of the best I?ve seen yet. I opted for... drive thru for pick up option and paid ahead, all smooth. It said my pickup time is 5:51 pm. I arrived at 5:49 to find the drivethru was closed. I went inside and there was a long lineup but saw the mobile order sign that said ?Harvey?s in a hurry? therewas one lady in front of me and I heard the employee ask her what time her pickup was and she said 6:00 and he said it?s notready yet. It?s now 5:51pm, my pickup time, and he went on to help other customers that came to the regular order line. At 6:00he provided the lady with her order and then when I approached I told him it was a mobile order and then started preparing it, Ifinally got my meal past 6:10 pm. Why ask in the app if I want to pickup at drive thru when it is closed, and why wait toprepare the lady?s food if she?s early without checking the second person in line. By making her wait, my earlier pickup timewas delayed. Everything efficient until you need to pick it up. There were plenty working and they were very nice but it justseemed disorganized. Read more

Friday night 8 pm and the McDonald's across the road is closed. It is very busy here and the 6 or so employees are doing a great... job. Got all my food hot and the burgers were delicious. Read more

I think it was hotter inside than it was outside. Manager needs to learn how to treat staff instead of yelling at them in front... of customers. The burger was just barely past the point of being cooked and the fries were cold. The wait time to get your foodwas ridiculous and sad when one guy ordered his food 10 minutes before us and by the time we got our food and left he was stillwaiting. Easy accessible location off 401. This is a combined location for Harvey?s, New York fries. and Swiss chalet. The Menü is... smaller than dining at each individual location but you get every taste filled. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurantwas relatively clean. The food was warm and as expected.
