I stop there every day for lunch and there is times were they have forgotten my fries and I just went there and got served cold... food and you try and tell them about it and they say no it didn?t happen. This is by far the worst KFC experience I've ever had at Port Hope. 1. Our order came in a Taco Bell bag, we dont know why. The... closest Taco Bell is in Peterborough. 2. The food wasn't even hot. 3. The chicken was so dry and crunchy. Most of it we couldn'teat. I wish I could give it zero stars but I can't. We'll say the one star is for the parking lol. Read more

Went through an empty drive through and ordered two sandwiches was told it would be an 8 minute wait and pull up. After waiting... 25 minutes we were about to ask for a refund but was told it would be ready soon after 30 minutes plus in an empty drive throughwatching the staff talk and chat with non employee friends we finally had got our food and had to wait behind another car for10+ minutes by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life. I got food poisoning from chicken that I waited 25 minutes for !!!! Horrible location, they have nothing prepared it?s all cook... to order and you wait crazy times . I waited for 3 chicken drumsticks 25 minutes , they were very tasteless. Not crispy what soever and none of the food has any flavour what so ever even the fries are very bland .
