Extremely unprofessional staff ignored me for 10 minutes as I stood in front of the walk up window appearantly due to staffing... shortages they don't serve people who walk up... I drive a semi I explained that to them they don't care wouldn't even let mewalk up to the drive through window to order I basically got denied service because I drive a semi highly discrimitory when usdrivers who bring the goods people consume can't even get a good cup of coffee in the morning... boycott this sad excuse for acoffee stand Read more
Stopped on the 401 to grab coffee around 8:30am last Thursday, I was fourth in line and it took over 20 minutes to get 2... coffees. There were about 6 staff inside and no one had a clue what they were doing. This Starbucks is in the Port Hope Service area. Used the drive through and Service was quick and efficient. On busy days you... may have to wait as many cars would queue up to order. They seem to have pickup option also if you order ahead. No issues withquality of orders, so would use them again. Check the timings though before stopping as some Service area shops close atdifferent times in weekdays. Read more
I wish there was no star option to rate this place. Seriously, how are they still open? We ordered espresso on two occasions and... got coffee. By the time you discover this you are already 5 km away. Check you order before driving away! The lines are alsounbelievable! Starbucks, please address this!! Read more
Very friendly staff. The space for Starbucks is clean, designed well visually and inviting.
Absolutely horrible service. How do you have no peppermint when the winter flavours have just been released a week ago.... (Peppermint is actually available all year) Then to get to the window and ask for a pump of caramel or some kind of otherflavour to add to the hot chocolate. They put no pump of anything and added a drop of caramel swirl topping . Go to pay andthey can?t use the app to pay. #winning The hot chocolate was disgusting and was basically water. No whip, no peppermint, nonothing just garbage and a waist of $5+ The staff definitely could care less Read more
