Staff were great, no complaints around customer service. However, this location is really disappointing. I am not sure as to why... there isn't a regular Starbucks store located in Port Hope as it is a quickly growing city. I usually come to Starbucks to beable to work and this location is very awkward. Haven't been back to Port Hope since last summer. Never disappointed. This Starbucks staff is absolutely amazing.
Awful training done at this location. No batista is consistent with any of the details of this job. I used to manage this place.... I strongly suggest a retrain on all aspects including pricing and formulas of drinks. I'm not spending $4.25 one day and $7.68the next for the same drink!
