I honestly had one of the worst experiences of my entire life at this location after discussing with the sandwich maker 3 times... about a coupon that stated online and in store use. Upon going to pay I was instructed to order online. When owner came in heallowed a young man to walk away with a free sub cause he didn't have his debit card on him yet I couldn't even get help withthe coupon ???? when trying to give a tip i was told no and to have a nice life.. this was just a minor version. Not a pleasant experience at all. Staff were not friendly and seemed that we were an inconvenience coming in for food. Staff... carelessly made our sandwiches and salad - and it was gross. I can say a sprinkle of lettuce does not suffice. Will definitelynot be going back to any of the Port Hope Subway locations... major disappointment every time. Read more
Small location but it was clean and I was served quickly. As expected. Open 24/hours. Located in the parking lot behind Tim... Hortons and the Esso gas station near Harveys. Getting back onto the 401 is confusing and close to Subway so follow the signs.Seats about 8 people. Read more
