Pretty frustrated with all these restaurants that are advertised as 24 hours along the 401. Just completed a sleep study in... cobourg and have to drive an hour home to Peterborough. When I was leaving, I decided to get some food as I felt starving andhad a long drive a head of me. I called two McDonalds and both ?24 hour? locations were closed. So I decided I?d get a TimHortons bagel even though that?s not what I wanted. It was 6:50 am, I went to order my bagel in drive thru and she said ?no - Idon?t do bagels til 7?. Well nevermind then. So incredibly frustrating. Don?t be advertising your stuff if it?s not accurate. Iunderstand it?s not the staff members fault. But management needs to adjust their advertising board then if they?re picking whenthings are and aren?t available. End rant. Read more
Terrible service. The young man that served us at the drive thru didn't even turn to look at us as he handed us over our 1... coffee that we ordered. He didn't turn, he just stuck his hand out while his back was to us and waited for us to take thecoffee from his hand. Then, of course, the coffee was wrong, which we didn't realize until we were back on the highway. Read more

Staff had a bit of an attitude when we came to order. It wasn't busy, nor was our order complicated.
People are super nice. If they mess up your order like no sugar they fix right away no problems very apologetic. Super nice,... hard working, always friendly. I go all the time. Read more
I was in the drive thru this morning for 22 minutes. I got there at 9:55 am and left at 10:17. Couldn?t leave the line either as... I was stuck between two cars and the curb. I think this location needs to hire more people it?s not worth it even if you?re notin a rush. Go elsewhere. Read more
Seriously the slowest drive thru Tim Hortons ever!!! This has always been an issue. Coffee often tastes burnt unless you go... during busy times. Staff DO NOT wear masks properly which you would think after living in a pandemic for over a year you wouldhave down pat. Terrible serive and unsafe environment due to masking. Edit to add... asked for q bagel with cc... got this. One side completely burnt!! Read more
