Watched an employee harass and embarras a customer today, clearly there was a misunderstanding with the order next thing... employees screaming through the store, very unprofessional. Bad enough we gotta pay these ridiculous prices for coffee and nowyou gotta get attitude with it, no thanks never coming here again. Disgusting. Read more
My experience here is very inconsistent. Sometimes it?s great, sometimes it?s terrible. We tend to do mobile orders now. There... also seems to be quite the difference between weekday and weekend staff. However, if we have any issues, they?re quick to helpus resolve them. Read more
OMG!! I've stopped at this Tim's a few times altho in the last year it's been terrible! I asked for double toasted bagel with... extra butter and this is what I got. Sickening! This is the second time this exact thing has happened! Bagel had butter onboth the inside and outside! It wasn't even something I could eat. Absolutely terrible. I took the butter off and this iswhat was left! Please fix this poor service! Perhaps the management team could speak with thier employees about this?!
