Watched an employee harass and embarras a customer today, clearly there was a misunderstanding with the order next thing... employees screaming through the store, very unprofessional. Bad enough we gotta pay these ridiculous prices for coffee and nowyou gotta get attitude with it, no thanks never coming here again. Disgusting. Read more
My experience here is very inconsistent. Sometimes it?s great, sometimes it?s terrible. We tend to do mobile orders now. There... also seems to be quite the difference between weekday and weekend staff. However, if we have any issues, they?re quick to helpus resolve them. Read more
OMG!! I've stopped at this Tim's a few times altho in the last year it's been terrible! I asked for double toasted bagel with... extra butter and this is what I got. Sickening! This is the second time this exact thing has happened! Bagel had butter onboth the inside and outside! It wasn't even something I could eat. Absolutely terrible. I took the butter off and this iswhat was left! Please fix this poor service! Perhaps the management team could speak with thier employees about this?! Worst Tim Hortons experience ever. Waited 7 minutes to order my coffee in store even though there was no line up. No coffee... brewed and ready to go so after waiting a few more minutes told them decaf, dark roast, anything okay just need to get going. Nocoffee brewed and ready to go. Had to leave after 11 minute total visit to a practically empty Tim Hortons without my paid forcoffee. Read more
The man that does the front counter is terrible. He is rude and I dread going to this Tim?s because he works there. I bring in... large orders I get they take time to make but I?m willing to wait if it?s extremely busy. I understand people have off days butthis man has been rude every time I have ordered with him. He sighs when I add more to the order and is miserable.it?s veryconvenient for my work to use this Tim?s but I will be using other Tim?s in the future. Good service nice morning adult staff.. Clean tables to sit and eat.. Only draw back is tim Hortons charging 10 cents for a... extra cup. Especially when u order a hot black coffee. The sleeves don't work.. Too bad for tim Hortons. Back to McDonald's Igo for cofee.. and its cheaper Read more
