Convenient location just off of highway 401 highway 28. Drive-thru with no line mind you, with a simple order of, a steaped tea... and hockey cards. No issues, and no real wait. Tea was made properly and tasted good. No complaints on this stop. Read more

The skinny long haired teenager with his finger nails painted that works the cash register needs to be fired. Took me 10 minutes... before I was even acknowledged to get a coffee. He messed up the 3 orders ahead of me, all while grabbing donuts right out ofthe display and eating them while improperly serving orders. The entire crew here is a joke, I won?t be wasting my time at thislocation anymore. Not worth the frustration. Read more

Absolutely most disgusting store I've ever seen and I worked for Tim's for 10 years. The washrooms are like a nightmare and... when I spoke to a staff member she said they'd just been cleaned and I said then someone needs to reclean them due to someoneabusing the washroom. She said it's always that bad. When I told her someone had knocked the feminine box off the wall in bothstalls and thrown 1 in the toilet along with a entire roll of paper towels and flushed causing a flood she just looked at me andsaid yup. If that's what they consider clean I can't imagine how unkept the food prep is or if food is even safe to eat fromhere. This store needs to be clearer out by head office as it's a horrible look on the franchise. If this is a constant issueas the staff member said then maybe they should remove the washroom but I highly doubt it is. Just lazy staff who don't care. Drive a few more minutes to the on route if you are traveling west or look for another place to stop if going east. Don't go tothis location especially if wanting a washroom. Read more

Restaurant was very dirty. Garbage piled high at cans both inside and out. Women's washroom was disgusting. There was only three... people on staff at 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Suggest need to hire more staff and these problems would be solved. Read more

This was the most disgusting Tim Hortons I have been to. The women's washroom was horrendous. There was garbage all over the... floor, the one stall looked like the toilet had overflowed and the floor was covered in what I can only assume to be toiletwater or pee and the feminine hygiene bin was broken off the wall. Service was ok. The front case of bakes goods was 80% emptyand the handle on the exit door was also busted. We will be bypassing this stop for future road trips. Read more

Can I give 0 stars because of discrimination? I have been living in Canada for 15 years, a multicultural country and I... coordinate daily with different cultures and "accents" and hard to belive that still people out there making fun of the accentof others. It is the 1st time someone at Tim Hortons make fun of my accent in front of everybody. I want to know what the ownerwill do with April the employee that is treating everybody with 0 respect. Read more
