Usually i like Carl's Jr but I am sad to say this time it was not a good experience. The lettuce on the sandwich looked old and... wilted, while the fried zucchini was super hot the onion rings were cold. Read more
Very disappointed with this place. Very hot day I go through the drive thru and order a large glass of ice for my dog no water... or drink just ice and a large soda for myself. Anyway they charged me for two drinks 7 bucks Hey I can understand if I got twodrinks. I declined the ice. I have no problem paying for the cup. But paying full price! Every single drive thru andconvenience store has given my dog a large glass for free this is the only time I was charged for a drink without the liquid.Guess they don't care much about animals. Hours are wrong for the lobby printed on the door and reported by the store online 2 weeks ago. Doors locked at 9PM, staff was... super rude about it, and blew me off when I complained in the drive through. Read more
Carl's jr need to help their employees understand that they will have customers from different backgrounds races and cultures in... order to help them to stop acting surprise when they have a customers that does look like them. Read more
This Carl's location goes above and beyond in customer service. The drive through is fast as can be and the service is top... notch. I come here a lot for lunch and dinner and I've yet to have an order incorrectly made, or for items to be missing. Read more

Service was abysmal. The driver thru cashier was extremely rude! I apologized many times for forgetting to ask for no whip on my... shake and her response was "you should've remembered to tell me", even tho I told her I that I didn't mind if she just scrapedit off because I didn't want her to make a new one. Well, apparently, that was too much to ask for, and apparently, asking for astraw for said shake was a crime. She also gave us only doubles when we asked for the triple burgers. When I pointed this out toher, I was told, "That's too bad," and the window was shut on me and never reopened. So, I ended up overpaying for something Inever got while getting attitude over the one thing that was semi right. Read more
