I ordered the 2 for $5.99 each. I ordered it on line. I didn?t get my pizza and primavera dish because I was told they didn?t... receive the order. I thought it?s okay I?ll reorder and wait. I saw your pizza special on the tv commercial. It did not sayorder on line. Domino?s could not help me because I needed to order it on line. I felt upset. Internet doesn?t follow mearound. Now, I call it the $5.99 dirty deal. I didn?t get what I ordered. I felt upset more than normal. I lost my time togo to dominos. It also cost me in gas money to go to dominos. I do like your pizza because you use the low fat cheese and Idon?t need to be bigger. The dirty $5.99 deal upset me and I didn?t get anything. It might be an employee poor training. This experience made the cut for a 5 star. I ordered through the app using the $3 tip they give me every order that I stack on... thier coupons. Carry out every time. Dominos is a solid slice and the sandwiches are excellent also. My favorite specialty isthe Philly cheese. Dominos Is my current go to spot. Read more
I went in today, Friday March 4th at 11am, and it was obvious that that female manager was very busy. She very kindly took my... order once she had a moment. I ordered and said I would be back to pick up my food. When I came back I had 2 kids with me. Thefemale manage saw me unloading one of the kids and immediately ran out with my order so that I would not have to unload my kids.It's these small acts of kindness that really show what a person is made of. I think its ridiculous that we HAVE to order some items ONLY online. We ordered the same special EVERY week and now have to... order it on line ONLY. Unless it changes we will no longer order from Dominoes. Note, my neighbor is blind and can no longerpurchase his pizza bc he can't get thru the online website. Not happy Read more
Worst experience ever ordering from this store , first my delivery took longer than it should have and my food arrived cold. The... worst part was i was charged an extra $10 and turns someone put a $10 tip that i didn?t authorized. I called the store and theycouldn?t refund it back to my card for whatever reason so i was asked to go to the store to pick up what they owed me and when igot there no one seem to know how to help. poor management.
