Worst McDonald's in Oxnard. Just go to a different McDonald's like the one near the airport. Not once has this place ever got my... order right. As I waited for my order a customer steps up to the counter next to me and showed her big Mac missing a patty. Youcannot leave the drive thru or the store without checking your order. I know sometimes you get in a hurry and trust your orderis right and just leave. here you can't. this is the most incompetent bunch of employees I've ever seen. I went through thedrive thru once and I got to the pick up window took my food but lucky my son caught the receipt and noticed they charged me forsomeone else's order with was around 8.00 more. The employees are unfriendly, some rude, I've been given attitude for thiermistake. I don't go there anymore. Read more
Food is your typical McDonald's food done right. The place was clean and the employees hands down the best I've seen at... McDonald's. Also the kids enjoyed the play area it's well maintained. Read more
This particular location was dirty and slow in completing our order. My kid and I were the only 2 in the restaurant. Priority... for food was for folks in drive thru and delivery/pick up. Not my experience at other locations. Read more
New staff member being trained did a great job and I loved how patient her trainer was. Good breakfast, nice that they were... happy to give me an extra plate to divide a breakfast between my 2 granddaughters and threw in an extra set of utensils, butterand syrup without my having to ask! Bathroom was fairly clean. Tables were nice and clean and parking was convenient. Read more
This is definitely the worst McDonald's in the area. I've had so many poor experiences here I've decided to never go again. Most... recently dining room was closed at 5 pm because they were " "under staffed" but I counted 6 employees and there were only 2 carsin the drive thru! The employees would not open the door to tell me until someone got there for their shift. And when I askedfor corporate number to complain they gave me the state farm insurance number. This location charges $2.00 more on everything, and they give you less. I ordered a large quarter pounder deluxe meal,, and... received a medium French fry as they didn't fill up the container. Read more
Location charged me extra. They didn?t have breakfast menu on screen at 10am. Only showed burgers. How are we suppose to order.... The McDonald?s website and their ordering system didn?t match. Website says big breakfast with hot cakes but this location saidit was a deluxe breakfast and then charged me for extra hot cakes. Staff taking orders are not up to par. Read more
