I can't believe they have any high ratings they are rarely open. Most of the time I try to go into this place for lunch their... dining room is closed and locked because they are supposedly short staffed, but staffed enough for the drive through. I findthat pretty ridiculous. At least, to their credit I guess, they don't have a sign on the door blaming the workers who don't wantto work or all these other excuses corporations put on the employee to explain why they cannot keep employees working for themand satisfied with their jobs. I imagine it must truly suck to work at this location as they are always understaffed. I don'tthink they can keep managers either so this location maybe should just be raised and something useful like a Trader Joe's put init's place. Read more
Literally one of the worst ?fast foods? ever been too. Slow service, staff is not trained well and supposedly their ?large?... frosty is just a medium sized cup frosty. What a joke. Read more
I never go to fast food joints and now I remember why. Wanted to try the baconator burger tonight so off to Wendy?s we went.... Ordered spicy nuggets, a spicy honey chicken sandwich and a baconator burger. Get home(less than a minute drive) and the nuggetsare cold, the chicken sandwich has a burnt flavor and there is no freaking bacon on my $8 bacon burger. May I suggest you go toa mom and pop restaurant instead ? Will never return! Read more
I know this is only to say how the food and service is but I don't care. DON?T work here. Literally Mcdonald?s was a better... place to work at and that is shocking. Even if you are desperate for a job and money, don't do it. Your co-workers willdefinitely make you feel like an outsider and look at you crazy if you demand simple respect. The whole store is unorganized andany new people working there get treated like a nobody. No communication on when you are to come in and when you are to clockout, NOTHING. You watch videos then they just throw you in, barely any hands-on training and when you do need a little help orhave a question it feels like you are bugging or being a nuisance. You should be able to feel comfortable enough to ask aquestion and to get physical training as well and not feel stupid for wanting those things. The pay is not worth what you aredealing with and how the people are. Legit only 2 nice people that I got to know. If you are an honest person that has someclass and simply wants respect, this job is not for you. Have been calling and no ones answering the phones, the doors are locked and the drive thru says curbside pick up only. This... place used to be pretty good but this past year they?ve been messing up orders and now today I can?t even get food for lunch andI drove over here from work and now I have to go back hungry. Worst experience we had tonight. Thought what should have been convenient and decent turned out to be the opposite. We ordered... online, when we got our order via delivery, our drinks never came through. Asked the deliveryman and he said he asked and he wastold that our order didn't come with drinks but it clearly showed on the receipt that came with our order. So either he waslying or didnt read the receipt. Had to drive back to get our drinks. The girl at the register knew exactly what I meant when Imentioned our drinks and proceeded to give us our drinks that were already standing there for well over 15mins. She claimed thatthey thought that the deliveryman was going to go back for it. We had other things to do on top of our disappointment and didntbother to stick around because she totally ignored me after that. Charging maybe about $10 for delivery is a bit much. Plus someof the drinks are always flat everytime we go there. Been letting all the disappointments slide for a while but tonight was thelast straw!! Read more
