This place is ripping people off!! The assistant manager Christina rang me up for a $9.99 combo, but was trying to charge me... $12. She said because the 9.99 was before tax..correct me if I'm wrong, but here in MI that's gonna be 60 cents. She had herpencil and paper out doing the math..couldn't figure it out..refused to give it to me for the right price..then got mad when Isaid I wasn't paying. I know its only a dollar and some change extra BUT can you imagine if they are doing this to all theircustomers? Not to mention this lady is an Assistant manager and doesn't know basic math or how to make it right? Read more

Was told they ran out of pretzels an hour before they close. Yeah right. Worker seemed rude.

Just close already. Especially if it?s too difficult for employees to add salt to an unsalted pretzel.

I love the food but there prices are insane. I probably have one pretzle a year. And imo the food isn't worth the price what so... ever. Read more

I really love the spin, they are able to put on "just a pretzel." However, the amount of money they charge, truly makes it,... "almost," cost prohibitive! SAD!!! Read more

Nobody is ever there stood there waiting for 15 mins while they talked in the back! If you have multiple people there one person... at least should be out front there were 2 people behind me waiting and they left also. Pretzels aren't that good! I'll just walkto any other restaurant and wait 2-5 mins and won't cost as much! Read more
