Possibly the only place open early for breakfast! Most places in downtown Port Huron don't open until 9:00 and I was pleasantly... surprised that chef shells was open earlier. The restaurant has an old diner feel with a decent selection for breakfastincluding omelets, hash browns, oatmeal, bagels, eggs, meat, and even french toast (which is what I had). Our server was veryfriendly and everything came to our table as ordered. A very pleasant experience! Read more

Better get there early for donuts! And our apple fritters were lousy. Meijers are way better. I won't return anytime soon.
