Possibly the only place open early for breakfast! Most places in downtown Port Huron don't open until 9:00 and I was pleasantly... surprised that chef shells was open earlier. The restaurant has an old diner feel with a decent selection for breakfastincluding omelets, hash browns, oatmeal, bagels, eggs, meat, and even french toast (which is what I had). I used door dash to place a lunch order and Door dash did great. Chef shells egg salad sandwich was runny and soggy . I asked... for just the croissant but the put lettuce on it, which was not wanted. I figured they just may have had a bad batch so Iordered again, but this time I ordered the Turkey club with no tomato and extra mayo. The sandwich came with tomato and no extramayo. I was trying them out to see if I was going to use them for catering for my sons graduation party, but they do not followinstructions or respond when they were given less than optimal review through door dash.
