I get a sub from this location at least 4 days a week. The last 2 weeks or so have been completely awful. The workers don't pay... attention to the customer wants. I get the same thing every time, 13 no onions, lettuce and NOT Mike's way, mustard and mayo onside, chips and a brownie. Once it came with everything on it. Called and had them remake it, had to leave work to get it, getback to work and it was still wrong. Next time bread was so hard it made it hard to eat, this last time no chips or brownie cewith it. I order for my husband on my phone app several times and he has had several of his orders that have been wrong. They don?t pay... attention to to the part that it is for customizing the order. Today I ordered him the giant Italian sub without onions, lettuceand not mikes way. mustard and mayonnaise on the side. Along with the sub I also ordered chips and a brownie. Today he didn?tget his chips or brownie. Last week he had onions on it and wasn?t supposed to he had to leave work and go take it back to haveit fixed. He got back to work and it was still wrong. . They need to pay more attention to the customized part of the order.Some people may have allergies to certain foods and this could be detrimental for some one. Read more

3 stars since subs were great and staff that rang up purchase was pleasant. The coupons from the mail came in handy. The young... lady on the deli slicer taking orders acted miserable and was extremely passive aggressive while taking our orders. No oneneeds that. 24th Street Port Huron , Michigan 48060 I have ordered 6 sandwiches over the last 2 weeks and every single time the service &... quality has been absolutely perfect. It seem that this restaurant has great leadership coupled with a good guidelines /protocols. VERY nice employees (sort of what Culver's used to offer) day after day in my experience / timing. New space for Jersey Mikes. I ordered using the app for pick up. Seamless. Steak and Mushroom sandwich- white cheese - peppers.... Fantastic tasting sandwich where you could taste each component. The price is fair considering the cost of food these days. Read more
