How are you going to make a BLT that doesn't have bacon on it, really disappointed with the service here the last couple times... we have went. Paid 4 dollars extra for the ham and did I mention it doesn't have the bacon. Read more

The slowest Jimmy John's in town. I ordered my lunch at 11:25am and I'm writing this review at 1:00pm, still no sandwich to show... for it. If you feel like waiting an hour and a half for food that's not even a mile down the road, then go for it, because thesepeople are for you. Called in an order this afternoon just after 3:30pm, so not during a busy time. The woman who answered the phone had an attitude... and harsh tone when answering. I asked to place a carry out order and she slammed the phone down, hanging up on me. I calledback and the same rude woman answered asking me about my phone number, also with an attitude and very harsh tone. I felt asthough I had done something wrong and thought maybe my number used to belong to someone with whom she had an altercation ofsome kind. I placed my carry out order to be picked up via the drive through. I asked for no tomatoes, got tomatoes, asked formy sandwich and pickle to be cut in half because I wanted to share both with my boyfriend, neither were cut. So to top it offshe thought that it would be appropriate to cavort with my boyfriend when the order was picked up and furthered herinappropriate behavior with her negativity and complaints. She was obviously too busy trying to sell herself with her unbecomingmix of hoodrat/damsel in distress to make sure my order was correct. I would have given 1 star but have had good service andgood food before from this location and am hoping this was an isolated incident, but if I ever call again and the samedegenerate answers, I'll be the one hanging up, permanently. So I ordered online for pickup on my way to work and when I arrived about 20 minutes later all employees were out of sight but... no customers in building or drive through and they hadnt even LOOKED at my order yet. What is the point. NEVER AGAIN. I willstop at 23 mile or Hall Rd. but never 24th in Port Huron. Read more

Subs are way over priced i called to place a order and was told they were closed at 6pm on a wed. Both of my subs that i paid... 35$ for were made wrong and one litterly had one row of meat i tried calling but there was no answer very very verydisapointed..will never go there again..24th st jimmy johns is horrible in every way ..marysville jimmy johns has always madeamazing subs that are worth the 15$!!! 24th st should take notes! And their managment should be notified of the service and atleast answer this letter and refund or replace my subs. Read more

....the subs used to be great. Not anymore, the portions of meat are now about half or less what they used to be. Today I... ordered a few subs, ask for a bit extra mayo. I could hardly tell it had any on it at all....had to add my own. I'll drive &get my subs elsewhere from now on. Delivery is convenient but what's the point if the product sucks....guess JJs didn't takenote when Subway cut corners, did the same thing & lost customers ???? Read more
