Really good pizza but last 10 times we havent been able 2 get through on phone to order and the order online website is... complicated and doesn't allow to make changes like make sauce light. Its too bad they lost a lot of business from us we noworder from Hungry Howie pizza. There pizza is fresh, i order online with no issues, and from the time I order our pizza it'sready in 20 mins. ***To the owner, it has been always between 3 and 4 p.m, I should have said that sometimes we did get throughbut were put on hold for more then 15 mins, either way we got tired of not being able to order quickly. Perhaps we will try toorder again in the near future, should things improve I will then change my rating back to 5 stars. Read more

Mancino's is one of the most consistant in their quality, pricing, and overall freshness. The particular restaurant location I... speak of is one that I have relied on for it's quality for over a decade. Each and every time that I visit this place I amgrated with a smile, and the food is delicious. The pricing is very fair as well. The half grinders are bigger than 6'', and thefull grinders are over 12 unlike most sub places. The pizza is also fairly priced, and is much larger, fresher, and betterquality than all places I have gone to for pizza. Lastly, the freshness is one of the most consistant parts of why I keepreturning to this location. I have never had a bad grinder, pizza or anything else otherwise. All in all this restaurant hasgreat quality, prices, and is insanely fresh. I will definitely return here for a long time in the future. Read more

Been a longtime customer. The grinders were good. However, since the pandemic, the quantity of meat has gone down. We still... enjoyed them and took half the order home. Read more

Gross gross gross! That was the consensus from our family of 6. We are very disappointed as we have been loyal customers for the... last 25 years. We have had hundreds of excellent meals over the years and always looked forward to another and another.Unfortunately we agreed this one was our last. They have gone downhill big time in the last couple of years. Bread was soggy anddisgusting on both grinders and pizza. Low quality ingredients. The steak was mostly inedible and I had a very large bone inmine. The pizza had half as much pepperoni as in the past. The food went mostly into the garbage. What a shame. If they hadcontinued to serve the excellent food we have received in the past this restaurant would continue to be highly successful. Idon't see them staying in business much longer. I attribute their food quality issues to poor employee training and ultimatelyincompetent management. Read more

I was just inside the restaurant picking up my online order. When the customer in front of me, had her subs being handed to her... by a young male employee who dropped one of them. And proceeded to pick it up, hand it to her and tell her to have a good night.I asked him why he didn't offer to remake her sub as he had dropped it and he said it was ok it was in a box. That is absolutelyunacceptable. Box or not someone's sub that they paid for and planned to eat fell onto the floor. Made me really wish I hadn'toffered and paid online so I could of canceled. I definitely won't be eating there any longer if your employees think this isacceptable. When I asked to speak with a manager. I was told she had "stepped out" and was unavailable. Absolutely unacceptable.If you'd like to reach out I'd be happy to give you the customer in front of me last name. So hopefully you can reach out andmake this situation right. Read more

I ordered 2 grinders(one roast beef trio, and one pizza with EXTRA PEPPERONI'S), a medium 1 topping pizza, and an order of... garlic cheese bread. I also added a side of marinara sauce after we got the order when I realized the bread didn't come withone. Which cost about 50 bucks total. To be fair, we all liked the garlic bread, and my wife loved her grinder(the roast beeftrio)which she said had a ton of meat on it and was very tasty. Which comes to my problem, I also wanted a lot of meat in mypizza grinder, so I ordered it with extra pepperoni (knowing it cost more)hoping for a substantial grinder as well, but what Igot was a thin layer of sauce, a little bit of mozzarella, and one layer of pepperoni barely over lapping to just barely coverthe grinder. If that is what the extra charge for EXTRA PEPPERONI'S means, it makes me wonder if the normal order would havegaps throughout and not even have a single pepperoni on some bites. My guess is they did not add any extra but just charged mefor it. The pizza was ok, nothing bad tasting, but also nothing to make you think it is an above average pizza,and for more then12 bucks for a single 1 topping medium,it's hard to justify the price as it will only almost fit on a standard paper plate. (togive you size comparison) I would recommend the roast beef trio as per my wife's experience, and the garlic bread, but if youwant a dipping sauce it will cost you another 50 cents, which isn't bad,but just wish it came with one. If you want to get apizza, it's good/ok, just not great for the size/price ratio. But I would say, skip the pizza grinder, it's basically bread withminimal sauce, cheese, and even with paying for EXTRA PEPPERONI'S, it will barely cover the grinder and you will be leftdisappointed. I ordered a xl pepperoni pizza with black and green olives. My coupon came with a free Italian sub which I ordered WITHOUT... tomatoes and onions! They COMPLETELY disregarded my order and now I'm stuck at work with food I can't eat! Their line is busy soI can't be compensated! I'll never eat there again!
