The drive through was a little long and kinda slow at times but over all it was pretty good.
Great service, foor tasted great, only down side was this location does not sell double cheeseburgers.
Horrible customer service. They never greet you and ignore that you are there. When they could kindly say (Welcome to McDonald's... I'll be with you in a moment) those simple words can go a long way in this restaurant. But instead I get eye rolls attitude etc. Not a good customer service team. Cold Hash browns.. It took me 3 times through the drive thru to get a hot one. Then to top it ALL OFF the Manager wanted to... argue with me saying they were hot... Like Duhh if this is some type of fun I didn't get the memo!! I understand that mistakeshappen but the first step is taking responsibility and correcting the problem not arguing with your guest as to whether or notthe hash browns were hot.... Then when I called to talk to a manager the acting manager on duty a heavy set short white womanwith rosacea said that she cannot have a manager call me back that I will have to keep calling up there. They don't have theinvention of a pen and paper apparently either to take down my number. I will be avoiding this location at all costs. 24th Street McDonald's has the best staff of all the McDonald's in the area. Hands down! Always great service. Always smiling... faces. And most importantly, always the correct order, prepared the correct way ALWAYS! Read more
Worst Mexican food I've ever had. It all tasted as if someone just opened up cans and heated the contents. The ground beef in... my burrito seemed to be the cheapest quality they could get. But rest assured they didn't skimp on their pricing. Won't goback. Read more
5.00 chicken sandwich suppose to be ?Artisan? Wednesday I ordered one I got a seeded bun, today I ordered one and the lettuce... was black old and partially slimy. Manager that answered phone at store was nice enough, couldn?t come back out due to it beingsick and being cold and let?s face it the gas to drive all the way back over there not worth it. Let?s step it up a littleplease for your late night eaters if your going to charge so much for sandwiches at least use produce that equals cost, and ifyour out of the correct buns, let us know before you substitute, we could be allergic to sesame. This is a really busy location but they're really good about keeping the line moving. They very rarely make mistakes. They are... polite. The only thing I could recommend working on would be emptying the outside garbage cans more frequently. Read more
