One of the best burgers and at a great price that I've had in a long time. Big fat patties, fresh and hot. So juicy! The chili... cheese fries was the kicker to top it off. First time here since the reopening, at first glance, i thought the menu was kinda small, but the food on the menu fits... perfectly with a small town burger diner, I ended up spending more then I planned but it was because we each wanted a lot ofextras. What I wish i knew was the proportion sizes, if I knew how much food you got, we could have easily ordered much less andshared. We each ordered a small fry, (a few chilli cheese and one only cheese) and when they came out the portion was huge, weprobably could have ordered a large and shared between 2 adults and 2 kids.everyone thought the food was great, and as an addedbonus, our youngest kid is super picky and wanted Mac and cheese, which they don't offer, but the waitress told him she couldhave them make some plain pasta and add some cheese sauce, he then decided he just wanted the plain noodles (bowtie pasta) and aside of cheese which they happily accommodated. This is a cool place not a lot of seating inside though. I finally got a very good Coney island in the port Huron area. . Plus... we tried the slider burger..very tasty. Ordered onion rings and got nice size order...with real onions inside. Server was goodand a nice clean place. I for sure Will be back. Read more
Today at Nicky D?s I had 2 double cheeseburgers and they were bomb. Second time I?ve been here. So juicy, I mean hella juicy. I... had to order another one. I have yet to try anything here besides the burgers but the Reuben looks good. I?m going to keepcoming back, not just for the tasty burgers, but the staff are friendly and the classic diner vibe is a lot of fun. Read more
