The food was good. The problem came when I went up to the counter to point out I had ordered a steak quesarito, but got beef... instead. Admittedly, I ate through a good portion before realizing, because I was with a friend and we were talking while I waseating. Meaning I was distracted. The manager, whoever it was the of my order (5/8/22, around 3:40 p.m.) decided to passiveaggressively criticize the fact I eaten so much of it before realizing, and then told me to throw away the rest? So I have to becriticized for eating something I enjoyed only to find out the meat I wanted on the burrito was different? I had to throw awayperfectly good food because, what? Did she decide I enjoyed it enough that I shouldn't complain? Did she think that, justbecause I still enjoyed it, I shouldn't be able to enjoy extra food because of their mistake? Whatever the case, I'm upset thatshe found it acceptable to go ahead and criticize me over something she should have been apologizing for in the first place. Read more

The staff was not very nice to me the lady gave me dirty looks I felt very intimated then the staff had the security come out... and stand by the table that I was at the people that I was with felt the same. There was a thing about refills that we did notget as we where being talked to a many walker up to the drink stand and got a refill never got talked to by staff or the lookslike we got and we did not get any refills we didn't feel like finishing the f[d we just got from there ???? This used to be one of the best around. The last several times we went, they get our order incorrect. They seem to have new... staff that don't know what they're doing. I usually go to the one a bit further down the road and haven't had an issue at thatlocation. Read more
We went there on August 21,2019. It was about 45 mins before closing time. I was going to order for 5 people. There was a bit of... confusion as to what was going to be ordered so I had to pause while to get the order right. Well, the attendant was all abouthimself rolling his eyes at me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and while deciding what to drink with the combo I caught himrolling his eyes at me again. The dude was a Caucasian with black spacers on his ears. Pretty rude. Too bad because I was veryimpressed with the rest, the food, the other servers were all great. Just this loser who has an attitude. Read more
