Food is always wrong. The last time I was missing multiple things and I called and spoke with a manager. He was pretty rude and... unhelpful. Went back to get the missing items and got different items than what I ordered. Pretty bad. Read more

Ordered the Nacho Belle Grande meal online for my wife, and she only asked for no tomato, and what we got was this cold disaster... of a mess, with no cheese. Luckily we still had some shredded cheese in the fridge, but her soft taco was also hard and cold.You would think that waiting ten minutes for your ONLINE order, with only three cars in the drive-thru, you would expect it tobe at the very least hot and fresh. One of the better locations just traffic is heavy at times. I would recommend not using the App if you can help it until it gets... better. The locations aren't consistent anymore with pricing or menu but I understand the way times are. We usually get greatservice and food from here. I would recommend them on speed of service alone. I hope they get more employees soon also. Everyoneis hiring so hopefully their wages are competitive to get people in there to expand the open hours. Overall good place to go. Read more

The food was really good, and the service was great. The team was very polite, and were generally very happy seeming people. The... store lobby could have used some cleaning. We sat in the lobby for a good 15 minutes, where they had not a lot of business, butno one came out and cleaned. But other than that, the store was great. Read more
For a taco bell they have good service and they never got my order wrong like the southern taco bell
