I waited in line for 15 minutes only to have ice chunks in my smoothie and the worst quesadilla I've ever had from here. I... called and talked to a manager and she just kept making excuses. I am absolutely so disappointed with Tropical Smoothie on 24th street in Port Huron, Michigan. They have lost my business. The... last two times I went there, they always seem so rushed and these past two times, they also got my order wrong. Today, inparticular, I was treated with such disrespect. I ordered one of my favorite smoothies, and when I pulled up to the window, theemployee named Aubrey mumbled something that I quite couldn?t hear. She took my card and next thing I know she?s handing me agift card and she shuts the window and walks away from it. I was absolutely confused because I didn?t order a gift card, Iordered a smoothie. Shortly after, she comes back to the window and I politely say ?Hi, I didn?t order a gift card. I ordered adragonfruit smoothie.? And she snatches back my card and she slams the window of the drive-thru and she practically yells at theother employee working and says ?how do you do a refund!?? About a few minutes later, she opens the window and hands me fourreceipts and my card and my smoothie. She never once said ?I?m sorry for the inconvenience?, or anything. She was veryunprofessional and very rude. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Her body language was absolutely awful. I will notbe coming back to this location. This used to be my favorite fast food spot, but they have surely lost a customer. Read more
Long line but well worth it! Delicious, fresh ingredients. Staff was very friendly despite what I can only imagine is... stressful during grand opening lines and busyness. Highly recommend! We want to try everything at least once ???? Read more
