My 16 year old daughter just visited the Port Isabel Whataburger with 2 friends after workibg on a school project together. She... placed her order and was asked for a name for the order. She told gave them her last name (5 letters), spelling it out.Aparrently the person taking the order mispelled it. When the employee named Josiah walked around trying to deliver the order totheir table he mispronounced the name based on the mispelling. When my daughter realized what was happening she flagged him downsaying "That's my order". Josiah then began cussing at my daughter complaing "how many f---ing times I have walked aroundcalling your name". Is this kind of business interaction acceptable now? Read more
Help!!! Management please show some responsibility in training your crew!!! We eat at 4 different locations depending on which... direction we go but this location is by far the dirtiest!! Service is sooo slow and tables and floors are never cleaned. Westopped at 4pm and place was a mess..napkins and food in the floors. Outstanding service. Every worker within 5 feet of me greeted me and asked if I had been helped. My food was correct, which at... some fast food places is a big deal. Nothing special about this place. Not sure what the hype is all about. McDonald?s has better fries,Burger king has better onion... rings. Freddie?s, 5 guys or Smash burger have much better burgers. I?d say?. Pass on this fast food place! Read more

My family and I were in the area and went through the drive-thru in the outer lane, placed our order with a worker and were not... serviced after about 10 or so minutes until I got done and asked about our order as no worker approached us. Then when they gaveus our food, they forgot our drinks! Worse service I've had at a Whataburger and will probably not come here again. Onlyredeeming factor is them giving us a free drink (after walking inside to let them know about our drinks) for the"inconvenience". Read more
I'd give 0 stars if possible. Went there for breakfast. It was cold, burnt and no kidding around, the hash browns smelled like... body odor. It made my girlfriend and I sick to our stomachs. Also they brought our order out like a 5 course meal. By the timewe got our pancakes we threw them away and left nauseous. Read more
