Literally the worse Panera in the area. I?ve called and complained but at this point they need new management. The manager... doesn?t do anything to make you feel compensated in any way. She just makes excuses. From basic things like notifications foronline orders/ rapid pick up and the food itself are always a disappointment or problem. Today I had it, my sandwich wasterrible. Bread was dry and hard. Salad which was a full salad was half way full. Higher management needs to get involved! Read more
Worst Panera I?ve ever been to! Only one person here is nice and that?s the older lady at the front register in the mornings... Thank you for being such a nice beautiful person! The staff in the kitchen are always rude! They always mess up your order andthey don?t acknowledge you when you just simply want a fork which they never restock or put in your bag. They promise me twobags of chips and a free pastry (which I didn?t ask for) when they messed up my order the day before but when I came in the nextday a man just rudely throws a bag of chips at me as he mumbled something under his breath. HIRE BETTER STAFF! I?m never rudeand I never complain but this has happened way to often and it?s not okay. This place is filled with miserable people and thisis the last time I will be coming here. Im 5 months pregnant and was starving but wanted to keep it healthy so I went to this Panera and got a bbq chicken salad with... avacados I went home and was shoveling it down my throat I took a second look at one particular bite I was taking what I saw washorrifying. I had a whole head on my fork eyes staring back at me. It was a cockroach head. I will never eat at this Panera orany other Panera in the future. This was the most horrifying experience. It looks clean on the outside but how dirty does ithave to be for there to be a roach in my food. Read more
They need to start leveling the items when you orders for few peoples. We ordered food, whose order is what we couldn?t find it.... We have to open individual items to find out which one who ordered. Read more
