I just went here tonight for takeout. I arrive to the counter ready to order. The person at the counter ignored me for 10... minutes and chatted with their co-worker in Spanish the whole time while I was standing there. I was like "excuse me, can Iorder now?" she just says "no, the machine is broken. you need to order at the kiosk" How can you be more rude? Read more
By far the worst run Taco Bell in all of North America! Drive ten minutes to any other one. You could order one soft taco and... they would still get it wrong. Mixed feelings about this place. They've definitely started corner cutting over the last year. Sometimes the menu items have... minimal meat. Sometimes the Cinnamon Twists are stale. Sometimes the hashbrowns are thrown into the fry oil again to reheatthem, so most of the potato disappears. Sometimes they'll give you completely wrong items when they're busy at night and don'thave time to stock what you ordered. Also they've been out of Mexican Pizza ingredients for several months. They probably don'twant to bother restocking it for whatever reason. And one of the soda fountains has been broken for the last year almost. Theplace is just a mess, really. Read more
