Missing items everytime i order uber eats. They literally gave me drinks and forgot all of my food. Other times ive gotten... buffalo wraps where they forgot the buffalo sauce. Its crazy. This place really needs to clean up their act. Update 8/6/22:Gave em another shot, didnt cut my wrap and forgot my straw. Always something. Update 9/22/22 This time they gave me acompletely wrong item. I can't with this place! I hate writing bad reviews, most of the time i write reviews to praise alocation but this place is a hot mess. Absolutely horrible customer service. I order online to pick up on my lunch break they charged my credit card 3 times and then... after speaking with the manager and promised that the mistake would be fixed I waited 20 mins for my order which was sittingbehind the counter the whole time so I had cold food and a melted smoothie. No one called my name to let me know it was ready.Because of this experience I will never again go to TSC ever. I went in there on my lunch break, ordered a drink and basically by the time I stepped aside to let the next person order- my... drink was already being handed to me. I had an amazing experience here!! The staff was GREAT! I had LINDSAY taking my order and she was the kindest and most... charismatic server I have encountered in a LONG time! I had never been to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe before because I thought theyonly sold smoothies, but I was very mistaken! I ordered a smoothie recommended to me by Lindsay and the chicken and cheesequesadilla! Both were amazing and hit the spot! This is a great place with plenty of vegan sandwiches, wraps, and salad. Usually you can ask them substitute meat in any salad... with vegan meat and they’ll do it (with exceptions to pre-made options). I always take Island Green smoothie there and askthem to remove sugar and to add matcha - healthiest and yummiest smoothie you can ever have!
