We went through the drive thru at 7:15 pm on November 5 th. The boy taking our order was very unprofessional, he didn't even say... Welcome to Churches Chicken. He said ( what do you want to order?). We ordered the 10 PC. Legs and Thighs. He said they wereSOLD OUT! So we ordered a family size Fried Okra. Sat waiting on our total and he couldn't even give us our total. We waitedin line for 15 minutes. There was only one vehicle at the window. We ended up baciing out. If you're going to run a RestaurantTrain your employees on how to take orders etc. The person in charge of ordering should make sure they order enough chicken etc.On a Saturday afternoon@7:15 pm there should have been Chicken. This place is disgusting from the inside this location needs to be demolished. There is ceiling tiles missing broken water... leaking from the ceiling a/c unit and possibly mold. Read more

Went to the drive thru and ordered 2 PC chicken w/fries and 3 PC chicken tenders pulled up to window and was told only then that... the chicken tenders were still frozen and they couldn't make our order.
