Honestly, I have come to expect a mediocre level of food from any McDonald's, that being said, the last two times I've been here... it has excellent, and it takes a lot for McDonald's to be excellent. The nuggets were incredibly crispy and still hot, and theburger was fresh and didn't look like it was just slapped together it looked like someone actually took a second to make it lookgood too. Rarely do I say I recommend a McDonald's, but these guys for sure are doing better than the majority. Read more
No water on drink machines. It appeared they had someone in the kitchen that was a friend or husband to an employee. Probably... should not be in the kitchen. Employee was very pleasant waiting on us and the one got us some more coffee. Read more
This McDonald's is consistently one of the slowest. The service is very hit or miss. Some of the employees are absolutely... lovely, but most are quite unfriendly. Today, my fries tasted old and stale. The chicken breast on my sandwich was so burned Icouldn't eat it. The bun was hard, stale, and burned, and the lettuce tasted dirty and soggy. It seemed like it had been mademuch earlier and kept in a warmer. I am so disappointed that I wasted my money on this. :( Read more
Arrived at restaurant at 4:10 pm on a Saturday, door locked. Website states lobby is open until 1:00 am, door sign says 8:00... pm. No sign indicating lobby is closed. Very clearly false advertising, or at the very least, poor customer service, and orpoor training on how to inform your customers of such a basic piece of information. I reach in the bag to pull out the ketchup and I find it kind of sticky so I take it out because it?s wrapped in a napkin and I... find that it?s covered in hairs.. Just wow. These people want $15/hr and this is what kind of service they provide. ThisMcDonald?s is terrible. Read more
