Just went thru the drive thru. Food was quick to come and fresh to eat. Drive thru attendant was compassionate and I would... highly recommend. My personal complaint, and this is more of a nitpick, but I tried the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip sandwich, and ittasted a little dry, as if there wasnt enough sauce. But again. That's only a nitpick. From numerous 45 minutes plus wait times and mess ups on orders. To receiving jalepeno ranch instead of syrup for my pancakes.... This is the worst Whataburger I?ve been too. Why do I still go? Because it?s the only Whataburger nearby and I love thefranchise itself. Sad really. Read more
Waited at drive through to take order over five minutes. No one answered so we went around and back to drive through. There were... about three people inside of restaurant, so we figured they were probably busy. We finally got our order taken and drove towindow to pay. Line quickly filled up and although we were first in line, we still Waited over 25 min to get our food. Drovehome only to find our order was not what we ordered. Very disappointing. Read more
Went through the drive thru & ordered 4 meals, 2 were right to order, other 2 were wrong, they were supposed to be plain and... they weren't. Could've gave another star.. but NO NAPKINS in the bag! ???? Read more
Slower than normal wait times. Food was warm, fries seemed fresh and tasted good. Gravy was half full.
