I went to this Dunkin on the way to my nail appointment. On my way out, I walked up on the mulch to get to my car, because some... guy was backing up and clearly didn?t see me. I slipped and smacked down hard on the concrete. Hand scraped, knees cut, Icouldn?t get up right away. It was bad. A nice gentleman stopped to ask if I was okay and picked up my coffee?.. it didn?tspill! I give the strength of these cups and lids, and the employees packing a 10/10!! I may be beat up by the concrete but atleast my coffee didn?t spill!!! I needed caffeine even more after that accident!!! Read more
Once upon a coffee run. // I arrived before closing time, and the employees turned out the lights // ...as I walked toward the... entrance. // It was a Friday night and the party lights and favors are calling.. but you just had one job; sell coffees until 8pm. This Dunkin? can never seem to get the orders correct. Today I ordered two medium iced coffees just black online. My brother... picked up the order got all the way home and realized it was two med iced teas. Ok everyone makes a mistake, I get it, but now Ihad to go all the way back to Dunkin? where I was told ?mistakes happen? and that they wouldn?t be able to compensate me inanyway ( I asked for one of the coffees to be a large instead of a medium for me having to come all The way back). This is onongoing issue with this location which is why I will go out of my way and go to the leonardville rd or the hazletlocation. Between the constantly wrong orders and the terrible customer service I can assure you this will be my last purchaseat this Dunkin . Read more
