The subs I ordered were 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of salami and 2 slices of cheese. When I called, Rick stated the subs are made... to " spec"....... if by spec he means pathetic, then they were spot on. They should be ashamed and embarrassed to sell them. Read more

I ordered an eggplant parm hero, and I order from this place 3 x per week on average. It was disgustingly mushy, I called and... ask if they could send me something to replace it they wanted me to wait another hour and a half on top of the hour I hadalready waited for a new sandwich. I asked for a manager and did not get one. Worst service I have ever received as a loyalcustomer. I would love to speak to the owner about how the staff treated me.
