Very cool little setting with a great atmosphere! They have a great selection of beer and wine as well as an excellent... menu. We went in for dinner last night, and there was a very large party there so our food was very slow to come out. Theserver recognized how long it was taking and apologized a number of times. It was well worth the wait because the food wasfresh and delicious. The portions were prefect and flavors were spot on! As we were finishing our meal, our server swung by andtold us because of the delay in getting the food that they were comping our drinks, which was amazing customer service. I came here after being hours out at the lake so it was great to stuff myself with some comfort food lol. The burger was... delish!!!! Loved the pineapple in it the most!!! I wanted give the ?minus? stars. We actually went this place thats because we have a puppy. Host guided us outside table and... server never came to us. After 20minutes, I went to go inside for asking server. One of the staff was taking our order. But heseems not the server. Anyway we ordered mushroom burger cut in hlaf and we changed with truffle fries instead of regular friesalso ordered Calamari and beer. The food came out after 20min since we ordered, They did not cut in half on my burger, Calamariwas salty. The server not gave us truffle fries at the first time. When we ate almost our food, server brought truffle fries.But its too late. The server said the fries on the house, and it was lie. Menu says if you are not ordering fries $3 take off.But our bill was not like that. I regret that I left my receipt. We always give the tip more than 15%. Ordered wings and sliders during happy hour. Wings were a little burnt but tasted ok. Sliders were flavourful. Fries were? fries... - nothing spectacular. Overall good joint. TL;DR, good burger place if you're in the area, nothing amazing to go out of your way to try though. Came here for dine out, it... was pretty empty when we went (around 8pm). Service was good, food came pretty quickly. Mushroom soup was good, nothing tocritique there. I had the steak frites, the steak and shrimp was okay, I ordered medium rare and it was a little too well doneon the edges but its okay, flavor was okay as well. Not spectacular but not bad. Not a fan of thick cut fries so can't reallycomment on that, thought it was a little dry and flavorless though. I don't like burgers but fiance said his was good, juicy,good blend of meat, good sauce, "a good burger" he said. I liked the dessert the most, had the fried mini doughnuts, they cameout hot and it was airy and not overly sweet. The ice cream crumble was good as well, I mean I don't think you can screw thatup. Came here for dine out Vancouver. Wait times in between dishes was a little excessive, but the food was absolutely delicious!... The steelhead was cooked to perfection. Donuts were a little too cakey and dense for my liking. Definitely recommendreservations, it seems to be a very busy and popular place. Read more

I'm giving this place four stars because of the efforts of our server she was amazing. The rest of our experience there was less... than great however. Two dishes showed up less than hot, a burger was under cooked and a steak over cooked but the worst part wasthe wait in-between dishes as we watched other on the floor below get served much faster. The price is as good the food was goodeven though the above mentioned problems. But I was truly amazed that the server actually cared about the problems and worked tosolve them congrats to you. But perhaps you need to hire more kitchen staff to keep up with demand as I'm sure the problems I'vementioned are from overwhelmed staff and probably not just staff that doesn't care about what they send out. Even with all thesethings I'd be willing to give it another try sometime hopefully when they are less busy as some of the items where very tasty. Read more
