It was not busy, I ordered very clearly and as I waited an extra ten minutes because the barista made a mistake on the previous... order, I finally get mine and it?s also not what I ordered. I have come to this location for a few years and have always felt the staff is genuine and not customer service robots. Breanna... the best Barista of all time was recently promoted to the stores manager position so the store can only get better. There is no6 star option so I guess 5 will do. Read more
Ordered through app to pick up here. Specified to get decaf iced espresso with light ice. The staff still gave me a full cup of... ice with my espresso (I wonder how much ice would there be if I get normal ice). This happens quite often here at this locationand I don?t normally complain about this. However, today they actually served me caffeinated espresso instead of decaf. Miss the old staff members. All were so friendly and made amazing drinks! All the new employees don?t seem to be trained... properly and my coworkers and I have ended up with multiple coffees which are burnt or the milk has curdled (steamed too hot).We?ve given more second chances than we should?ve. I?ll only go in now for the food as that?s already prepared it just needs tobe warmed up. Read more
My fiancé and I ordered two scones, and two iced chai tea lattes. One of the girls got our order mistaken but she was super... sweet and let us keep our other drinks, and re made our drinks again. Her service was great :) so I would give 5 stars forher. But the scones on the other hand, is why we are rating a 1. Unfortunately him and I had a really bad stomach ache fromeating our two scones. So bad that my pregnant self thought for a sec that maybe I just had a bad bowel movement lol. Mypartner also had a huge stomach ache too, and we?re still aching together now :( Read more
