I go this store customer service is totally 0 they treat very rude and don?t put proper stuff which i told to her and he charged... me money but give me only one small bag i take my other drink and salad that?s very difficult for me she said we don?t have bagthn she give me paper with i pay more then 40 dollars totally staff need chaged Read more

Ordered a meatball marinara, so not think the ?sandwich artist? could speak or understand English. Did not know what meatball... marinara was, added salami instead, and asked if anything else, of course we need the meatballs. We asked for banana peppers andhoney mustard sauce, she then proceeded to add lettuce without being asked . Training is need for sure on listening and English.Service was incredibly poor, the whole ordering act was frustrating and stressful and the staff were rude. Read more

Update your hours if the store will be closed every other day around 9 o?clock. Third time in roughly a month I?ve gone by after... 9pm only for them to have the exact same ?sorry we had to close early sign up? if you need to reuse the same hand written signthat much you should just change the hours. (Also very disgruntled and annoyed employees every time I go here) Read more

The employee seemed to be the only one who was working when I went in today. She was working on a pickup order. I waited a few... minutes before she began my order. Then she started mine. Later on when the oven was done heating the chicken, cheese and bread,she left it on the counter for another couple minutes (to get cold) while finishing the pickup order. She then started to putthe wrong veggies twice u til i corrected her, and gave me what looked to be frustration and dirty looks when correcting her.Didn?t even get all my chosen veggies. I go here regularly and this was the worst service I?ve experienced there. WednesdayMarch 2 7:45 pm. Read more

This store probably has the worst customer service i have ever seen. Not only are they not helpful, their attitude is horrible.... Multiple times the sandwhich was not wrapped well, and it genuinely looks like the staff hate their job. The customer servicefrom this store stains the bright and joyful environment of suterbrook.
