Wife found a KNIFE in the booth right next to her seat. And a color pen. They better check their booths before seating folks and... try cleaning the table. Manager should have paid for our dinner but we didn't complain. The rather hefty waitress knew bc wetold her. She did nothing. They are all lucky wife didn't get stabbed. Madison our server was amazing! Super friendly and inviting she did a fantastic job hope she finds a new place work because the... other service at this restaurant was terrible! 20 min for a simple house margarita and over an hour for food. No manager insight…oh wait pretty sure he was outside smoking a cigarette on the back patio possibly instead of expediting his kitchenstaff or bartender…said because the restaurant was maybe at 30% capacity so it’s amazingly unacceptable hope the owners fixthis mess but GREAT JOB MADISON! So I need to preface this with the fact that when we went here it was just after Hurricane Ian blew through. The areas near here... had seem some impact from the storm but not this immediate area. It was a Saturday night, and of course was busy as you wouldexpect. We were told a 30 minute wait, which turned out to be almost an hour, but no big deal, like I said it was Saturdaynight. The waitress was very polite and nice, but she was somewhat slow, and often times seemed to forget that our table was oneof hers too, seeing to the needs of the tables around us, but skipping us. They had a very limited menu, which was just printedout on some grotty looking plain paper, but I am not sure if this was the norm for them of late, or due to the storm from a fewdays prior, so I let it go. We ordered our drinks, one of which was from the bar. The alcoholic drink took forever to be broughtto our table, which was the first chance we had to order our food also. We didn't order a lot, four meals total. There wasapparently an issue with one of the meals having the wrong sauce added (which the waitress caught before bringing it to thetable), which meant that person had to wait a further 10 minutes or so as they recooked a different one for them, so they had tosit there and watch us eat our food while waiting for arrive, or all of us sit there waiting also with our food getting cold,not the best situation. We also had to wait for long periods for both drink refills, and also the check when we were done. I hadasked for the check before we had finished due to us being skipped over quite a few times before that point, only for the serverto come back 10 minutes or so later asking if she had dropped the check off or not, which then meant another 10 minute waitwhile she reprinted our check... Three times I've been to this Applebees and never again. This is the only bad Applebees I've ever been to. Service and food is... awful! Their caesar salad is an unedible huge bowl of cow cud swimming in dressing. When I told the waitress that I couldn't eatit with all that dressing, she gets me another huge bowl of cud for me to sit and mix it myself. It was too soupy to make right.Medium rare means charred to a crisp. Chicken is incredibly dry. They gave us packet condiments like McDonalds does and it's afull service restaurant... how cheap and tacky. This store is really bad!!!! Read more
Service was good, Food was great, prices were average. We had gone in with 12 people in our party the booth they put us at... wasn't big enough so they had put 3 tables together. I do want to say it's small inside. It was a good little spot to eat. I didnot use the restroom so I can't say if it's clean or not. Read more
Came for lunch and it was not full so we were seated immediately. Waitress was really helpful and food came super fast????
This location definitely seems to be bar focused. Ordered the ribs at first but was warned that they were very dry. Inside it... feels a bit run down. Got the Monday burger special. Burger was not bad, but have had better burgers from take out before. Read more
