Food & drive thru are 5 star. Inside service has declined to 2 stars at best. If you are going to ignore the dine in customers... then close the dining room. Having to wait 5+ minutes to have your order taken & 15+ minutes to receive it, and then it's wrongis poor. Remember the dine in customer made you. It would have given way more bc there car ride line was not moving hardly at all. Very unorganized no supervision that we could... see. We stuck way out by the shopping center and when we pulled up to our turn, the pictures show why. Chick-fil-A yall areknown for your smooth drive thr and usually it's top notch, but not today. It wasn't raining until we got to the workers itstarted sprinkling. I seriously in shock. We came here bc its close to where we're going. We litterally got in the line at 5:30pso that we would be gone very quickly. Again it didn't happen today. We're still in the line and it's 5:49p First time I haveever seen this happen, so I'm a bit shocked. Final time getting our food is 5:55p. The girl at the window couldn't find ourorder, and ask if we did a mobile order ???????? Were in the drive thr Zoe, took our card another one took our order. I nevergive a 3 but the amount of people they had working they deserve this 3. If I were the GM I would re evaluate the nightmanagement. Sorry ???? I love chick fil a too. Read more
Worst fries ever at a Chick Fil A. This location always has the most disgusting fries. I?ve complained several times and they... never fix the problem, so I guess maybe Google reviews will get their attention. Do these fries look appetizing to you?? Youwait in their ridiculous drive thru line for 30 minutes and pay $12 for a meal for THIS quality. Sad. Read more
Fresh, quality food prepared on-site. I've never had a bite of chicken that had any kind of fat or gristle on it. Staff are... happy to prepare beverages as you request. For example I like my half and half lemonade/tea (Arnold Palmer) with my lemonade onthe top. It's just a quirk of mine but I feel like it mixes into the tea better this way. Read more
My review rating of this establishment is a one star based on my experience. I arrived at the restaurant early only to find that... they were delayed with their opening procedures. I was the second customer to place my order and waited close to ten minutes toreceive my entree. I ordered the chicken breakfast burrito meal with hash browns and orange juice. I specifically informed thecashier that I wanted a chicken burrito meal. After ten minutes and finally making it home to eat, to my surprise they gave mesausage instead of chicken. I haven't had Chick-fil-a in over four years, and I don't see myself returning. It was a completewaste of time and money. Read more
Chick-fil-A is great and consistently as always. My chicken sandwish and fries were hot and delicious and my lemonade was really... good too . Their service is always the best. Thank you for another awesome meal, You guys are the best! Read more
The first thing you notice about this Chick-fil-A is the landscaping and the spotless parking lot. I was in line about 30... second before I was pleasantly greeted and had my order taken. I ordered the chicken biscuit with cheese meal. My drink was alarge sweet tea. The line moved along quickly. There was 20 plus cars in front of me and I got to the window and received myorder in less than 5 minutes from when I ordered. The sweet tea tasted freshly brewed and was just sweet enough. The hashrounds were soggy and lukewarm. They fell apart when you picked them up and they did not taste fresh. The chicken biscuit withcheese was awesome. The biscuit was firm, fluffy, and tasted buttery. The chicken patty was golden brown and juicy. The wholeexperience was great except for the hash rounds which appeared to have been prepared ahead of time and left to sit until theywere needed. Read more
Can you believe I was charged 3.38 for this!!! Then when I asked for it to be remade I was told they can?t and that?s the new... policy. I asked to speak to a manager who name was (Mary), and she said it was NOTHING she could do, and walked away as if shedidn?t want to be bothered. This looks like a kiddie cone and to deny me a remake is crazy, but that?s ok I won?t return I willstick to Ormond location the Owner James would NEVER do this to his customers. Read more
