Just don?t get delivery. Pick up is usually okay. Our most recent experience I ordered two medium pizzas, bread, cinnamon... sticks, cheese bread and soda for my kids while me and my wife went out to dinner. I placed the order on the app, drove to OliveGarden, waited to be seated, we ate our meals, paid, and got home at the same time as the pizza. The icing on the cake was allthe food was cold. Read more
Terrible food and worse customer service. Random toppings and seasoning put on our pizza! Ordered pineapple and ham which came... with a handful of banana peppers. It seems like I always order from dominos because their app makes it so easy but it never fails that they are soooo slow!... Ordered carbonara with bacon and Mushroom. No bacon and no mushroom with 3 PCs chicken and no sauce. Austin, who said he is the... general manager, picked up the phone when I called store. He is very arrogant. He told me that I was wrong as he made the orderand he put the bacon and mushroom. I kept telling him that the one i received has nothing. He said he is the GM and he neverwrong. He told me so many times that he did the order and never wrong. I offered him that I will bring the box and food so hecould see. He stated he didn?t understand my talking. Franchise owner should fire him. This is not the 1st one. Last time, myorder never showed up for more than 2 hrs. When I finally came to store, he claimed the store didn?t have the person name asstated in the order tracker. Then he claimed I went to wrong store. When I showed my order, he finally stated found my orderand he said the order hadn?t even been made. He never apologized for being arrogant and accusing me for coming to wrong storeand stated no Person name as order tracker. You need to hire someone who take accountability as GM. Read more
Pizza is always greasy, they put on top when is ready a bunch of oil or some kind of garlic powder ( i have seen it) even... though i always request to no be pot on top they still pour what seamsto be a lot a lot alot of oil. If you like greasy oilyPizza this is your place . Or just buy you a bottle of oil and drink it. Read more
