I ordered the large Brooklin style with pepperoni, mushrooms, & onion. I orded it uncut. It was delicious. They have an awesome... crew working the night shift there. I give that crew a big 2 thumbs up. Give them a raise. Read more
This is the 2nd time I've ordered a pizza that has come cold. Very disappointed. I was hoping that the last time was an anomaly... but apparently you guys do this on a regular basis. I don't want to have to warm up my pizza. If I wanted cold pizza I wouldbuy one from the refrigerator section of Publix. Read more
My grandmother just made an over the phone order one of the gentlemen onthe phone was so rude that I got on the phone to talk to... the manager. This gentleman would not let her get a single word out of her mouth to finish placing her order. When I called thestore the manager picked up the phone and I told him the situation and what happened, the manager was very polite andunderstanding. The manager showed us what true customer service looked like and said he will deal with the rude employee. Thankyou Dominos manager for solving our issue with care. Read more
I frequent the dominos port orange and honestly never had an issue. Tonight I ordered to handmade pizzas that were delivered as... regular medium pizzas instead of that to die for pan. Let?s just say I was salty I didn?t get what I paid for. The manager/phoneanswered/order taker working on 3/17 at 10:30 deescalated my animosity and made the situation right. On top of that even themedium pizzas were good (just no my to die for pan). The delivery driver was awesome, I believe his name was T when I got thenotification. Much praise boy! Much praise! Not sure how there are so many negative reviews, I live and work locally and order from here at least 2/3 times a month and I?ve... never had any issues with any of my orders. I suggest giving it a try and be patient. Read more
